Aashirwad is the Founder and CEO of Howdyy. He founded the Company in 2020, and has been instrumental in rapid growth of the enterprise ever since. In his present role, he wears multiple hats. He is heavily invested in board administration while overseeing the tech, operations, business development, etc. He also plays a vital role in leading organisational talent acquisition, oversees brand communication and relations, and is also involved in fundraising planning and implementation.

With two core beliefs that define him, “If you want to do it, do it now" and “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish”, Aashirwad has established himself as a man of action at Howdyy. Highly motivated, he has a strong will to make things happen and the spirit to keep going against challenges.

With Howdyy, Aashirwad was not new to the entrepreneurial journey. Before starting Howdyy, Aashirwad was involved in his family business which was a dealership of an automobile brand for Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.  With 14+ years of experience, he looked after everything like finance, management, operations etc. In the last 6 years, Aashirwad’s leadership has taken the valuation of his family business from INR 45Cr to INR 130Cr. His first start-up was in digital marketing, and the second startup was in electric motors which were started with his current partner in Howdyy. Both these startups did not make it for long.

Aashirwad says “During the pre-covid time, My parent company had to send some parts from one place to another place, So we booked a logistics company which showed us so many loopholes and gaps from customer to delivery that gave us an idea to start a logistics firm which completes these gaps. After covid, logistic company boomed with revenue. So I started to research around and I found out that most of the companies are wasting huge amounts on fuel that damages the environment, and with lot more issues, I had to come up with an idea that fixes the gaps in the delivery part but also saves the environment and fuel cost so then we thought to start everything by using the sustainable method right from printed receipts to the delivery options.”

Thus, Aashirwad founded Howdyy in 2020 along with co-founder Aishwarya and his core-team member Kannan Marimuthu. An environmentally conscious person, Aashirwad is driven to achieve the epitome of EV led logistics company.

Aashirwad finds in his icons and inspirations the likes of Swami Vivekananda, Steve Jobs, Warren Buffet, and Nikola Tesla for inspiration. He is influenced by the learnings shared in "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "The Intelligent Entrepreneur", which have motivated him to dream freely and work passionately to make the dreams real.

Amidst his entrepreneurial roles, Aashirwad has many extra-curricular interests. Speaking on this topic, he says “I love cycling, swimming, and non-fictional books. I am extremely fond of spirituality, I just love seeking and exploring spiritual places.
