Maxson is a visionary entrepreneur & a technology enthusiast with over 20+ years of professional experience that encompasses four areas - Automotive, Power Sector, Clean Energy Solutions, and Management Consulting. 

He founded Magenta, India's fully integrated EV Solutions company to support the electric mobility mission through its business services (ChargeGrid, EVET, EVCS, Infomatics) and intermediaries. Seed funded by HPCL and incubated by Shell, today, in less than 4 years of its operations, Magenta has won numerous awards and accolades and is recognized for its pioneering work in the EV space. 

As the co-founder and Managing Director of Magenta, he is focused on expanding the Magenta network across all Indian states and overseas expansion. He is responsible for strategic partnerships and network development, advancing mobility electrification market development. Maxson has played an instrumental role in leading the company's growth and establishment as the preeminent EV player of the industry. 

Maxson's prior experience includes working with MNCs that include; Accenture, Bosch and Saint-Gobain. Before setting up Magenta, he was leading the Utilities and Power practice globally at Accenture Management Consulting. Having worked with clients for 15 years across the globe he also successfully delivered power generation plants of more than 10,000 MWs in India. With his more extensive experience in Automotive and Power, his foray into Electric Vehicles was destined. 

He has also been a coach to start-ups and also advisor to medium-size enterprises. A true social activist in the areas of green energy and waste management he has also authored several published research papers and articles in leading business newspapers. 

Maxson holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from NITIE, Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. He is an avid reader, super-biker, cyclist, off-roader, rollerblader and big-time aficionado of music.
