Pushan has more than 10 years of experience in the field of strategy, research, risk assessment and competitive landscaping amongst others in the automobile, agriculture, and consumption sectors. He has worked with leading automobile, auto-component, agriculture and food processing organisations, enabling data-backed decision making.

Prior to joining CRISIL Ltd., he worked for Godrej and Boyce, Mumbai as Manager Strategy for the process equipment business. His role involved opportunity identification for business diversification.
