Vinay is a global automotive industry veteran, with emerging market operational experience in India, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. Associated with Ford Motor Company for 20 years, Vinay has directed the planning, development and launch of several new products and services at Ford India, Ford Group Philippines, Ford Asia-Pacific, and Ford Global Business Services.

Vinay is Founder and Principal of MillenStrat Advisory & Research, a specialized consultancy to OEM automotive enterprises, start-ups, and dealerships, supporting their transformation and growth to mobility solutions through technology enabled strategies. He an Advisory Board member at LML Emotion and at CamCom Technologies. Vinay is also the Business Advisor for India with Transnational Strategy Group (TSG), a Washington DC based global commercial, economic/political and policy consultancy, providing services to private sector and sovereign government clients. Formerly, Vinay has been the Global Consulting Director - Automotive, with Counterpoint, the leading Asian research firm, monitoring technology and market trends on the automotive/mobility industry around the world. Vinay has supported the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi), as the first CEO of the eminent institutes Endowment Management Foundation.

Vinay has a mechanical engineering degree from IIT Delhi, an MBA from Tulane University (New Orleans, USA), and has undertaken the Executive Management Program on “Building a Global Enterprise - India” by Harvard Business School. He is based in Gurgaon/New Delhi, India.
