Mr. Vinkesh Gulati, a seasoned business strategist and automobile enthusiast, holds multiple leadership positions that underscore his wide-ranging expertise and influence. With a background in Law, complemented with MBA, Mr. Gulati has made a significant impact in both the automotive and education sectors.

As the Director of United Automobiles, he has been pivotal in transforming the dealership into an award-winning enterprise, specialising in M&M and Bajaj 2-Wheelers. His dedication to operational excellence has not only resulted in an array of accolades for dealer satisfaction, sales and customer service, but also led him to be an influential member of the Mahindra Advisory Council.

Beyond the realm of automobiles, Mr. Gulati holds the position of Senior Vice President at United Group which runs a Medical College, University & several Colleges. There, he manages an expansive educational network in Allahabad and Greater Noida, providing academic programs across a spectrum of disciplines such as Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Law and Journalism.

A hands-on leader, Mr. Gulati is deeply committed to the professional development of his teams. This dedication is evident in the high levels of motivation and morale among his staff, reflecting his belief in the importance of human capital for organisational success.

During his presidential term at the Federation of Automobile Dealerships Associations (FADA) from 2020 to 2022, Mr. Gulati was instrumental in introducing several innovative verticals. Known as the 'Start-up Man' within FADA, he launched initiatives like the 2W (Two-Wheeler), GenX and Women in FADA verticals. His contributions extend to groundbreaking work on the Dealer Satisfaction Study and laying the foundation for legislative advancements such as the Auto Dealers Protection Act and Model Dealer Agreement.

Mr. Gulati’s contributions to both sectors have been widely recognised. Among his many awards are the ET Inspiring Indian: Iconic Leader in Automotive Sector, Outstanding Leader of the Year in Automotive Sector, India's Top Minds Award for Education & Automobiles, Outlook Business - Global Business Award 2022, Leader of Hope 2022 by The Brand Story and the prestigious Dr. A.P.J.
